good price on a used 4gen

I am getting rid of my jeep and making the move to a 4runner finally! I do a little towing so I am thinking about the v8. I found a few options they are both about the same except for the color.
06 v8 sport with 60k miles for 16,999 from a dealer a good price?

Also what kind of mileage can I expect after a spacer lift and tires?
