"good price" yes...one thing about toyota is they hold there value better than almost every other auto company... 65000 isnt alot of miles and thats where they are getting that price from...you can find a 06 for cheaper but with more miles..
one thing id like to know to give you and deffent yes or no is what other options does it have? leather, wheels ect. since it only has 65000 miles does it still have 35k on the factory warranty?
something else you could try is take the VIN number to a bank and find out the loan value on it..if the t4r cost more than the loan value then you are losing money, and vise-versa.

I would suggest as well going to Toyota Owners Official Website: Service Coupons, Owners Manuals, Service Scheduling and More and creating an account and entering the VIN number so you can look up the maintenance history.

I bout my 06 sport v8 w 48,000 for $19,500 in Jan, so it seems good to me I shopped around 4 two months till I found mine w that low of miles

I think it's a great price.... Almost too great..... Beware...... Check it super thoroughly and don't trust Carfax on it's own. Bring a pro to see it if you can.
I bought my 07 Sport v8 with 21k miles 2 months ago for $23k. It was from a Nissan dealer.
Like a previous poster said, with most cars the difference between 21k and 65k miles seems huge but not with these trucks. I have a baby. Yours is a toddler.

thats a great price to be honest. i bought my 06 sport v8 4wd with about 63k on it with a 5100 lift and ome rear lift for 20k
