I really like the look of the stock Candian SR5. Painted US trail edition front and rear bumper, painted door handles. I really want those front/rear bumpers...

Also, I noticed that the rear cargo area storage on the sides is different as well.

That's not a US Trail Edition front bumper. It's a stock bumper. The TE has an add-on unpainted piece that fits into the stock bumper. I looked into it when I first took off my front fascia and the replacement pieces, were you to order them, come unpainted :nono:

Even better news! I was thinking if it was the Canadian SR5, the parts might match the US SR5 so you would not need to buy all the other trail edition parts. Oh well, still not going to happen, but I can always dream

Yea I was about to say, wasn't the max around 10k lbs?

The later models v8 was rated at 7,300lb and the v6 is at 5,000. So they are not "lying", just no telling the whole truth.... Honestly, I would love to see a picture of a 4runner towing a 7,300lb load. I can only imagine how much sag the back end would have....
