Goofy engine light

Hi folks,

The reason I said goofy is on my way to state inspection garage, the 4runner decided to throw codes!!! What in the world!!! Any way, Here is what I've got now, engine light, VSC TRAC and VSC OFF.

Turned around went back home, scaned for code and it is P0136 " O2 sensor circuit malfunction ( bank1 sensor 2)"

Which is bank1? Is sensor 2 equal post O2 sensor?

i cant help u persay, but my CEL is quite goofy also, it has twice come on for two days and then go away all by itself....
Autozone told me the code, i dont remember he said maybe 02 sensor?
im thinking it was bad gas?
