Got more rust under my truck... what should I do?

So first of all there seems to be a GIANT rust problem under my truck and I don't know if I should fix it or just get a new one?? The inside of this thing is all shredded into pieces due to the rust...

What's this called and what OEM part number is it?

That's just a skid plate for your gas tank. I wouldn't worry about it, unless it's falling off.

Get a Lil'Skips gas tank skid. That's what I would do if I were you.

Mine has the same thing, roughed it up with the air compressor and wire brush then i just undercoated it. Looks good as new.
