Got my new drivers seat leather from eBay

I am having a tough time with this one. I called the dealer and he told me for the drivers seat and back I needed these for a 99 Limited.

seat pad/cushion - 71501-35060
back pad/cushion - 71551-35050

However seat part number 71501-35060 (203.33) is a sub assembly. What is the difference between that and just 71511-35050 ($124.72)? It is listed as just the pad. What could be included for another ~$80?

To resurrect this thread, the seat cushion is definitely still available. I bought one yesterday.
