Grabbed these wheels on Craigslist.. Questions

So I snatched these wheels on Craigslist locally, they have been painted all black, which I like better anyways. From what I've read here looks like they will be just what I need. Am I correct?
Secondly.. Do I need special lugs for these or will my stock ones work?

I'm running 265/70/17 terra grapplers

Hard to tell from the picture, you may need different lug nuts that are conical compared to the Toyota's typically flat faced ones. Also what is the hub bore on that? If it's a GM bore it will be too small and you'll need to get it machined larger.

I thought Chevy's were 108mm and ours are 106?

Are you sure? I could have sworn I read that most Chevy 6 Lug patterns were about 78mm.
