Grease Gun Recommendations

The only two criteria that I think are important are 1) one handed (pistol grip) pump, and 2) flexible hose.

Lincoln is awesome, but Plews is cheaper. And, you can get the mini-size for even less. The rigid output on the mini gun can be upgraded to a hose very easily.

Much depends on how frequently you plan to use it. The number of things greased with a grease gun is substantially less than it was a decade ago!

I went through a few grease guns since they like to just stop working or are just poorly made. This is the one thing I would recommend buying in person so you can test and return if necessary. If you don't want to do that, you can buy the one you linked, it has decent enough reviews. I can't remember what brand mine is but I bought it from autozone in person after going through a few of them when greasing my driveline.

I did a bit of research before buying a grease gun and after searching on garage forums etc I ordered the MacNaught grease gun. Made in Australia and reasonably priced for a quality grease gun at $50. It's been working great.

That Lincoln is the one i have been using for many many years without issue. It is hard/messy to re-load the cartridge, but that may be with all these types of guns in general or perhaps i just am not understanding how to do it correctly. Great choice.

Glad to stumble upon this link. I've been meaning to get a grease gun for sometime.

Lock & Lube! I would highly recommend it!

I know, man! I saw that on Amazon and was so close to buying it, but I decided to just see how it goes with just the grease gun. I'm pretty sure I'll regret not getting it, lol.

Awesome! Glad to hear it has served you well. I've watched some videos on YouTube on how to reload it, and that does seem to be the part that presents the most mess.

I know you already bought one, but this is the one that's been sitting in my Amazon cart for a few weeks. Haven't found a better deal with solid reviews yet. Seems decent for $24.

Yeah man, I was looking into that one, too. Definitely a good choice as well!
