Aw, I hope you read my tutorial that Chadsy mentioned all the way to the bottom... You are probably safe either way. There area lots of opinions all over the web, but in my researching the topic, I couldn't find any reason not use Moly all around, but some good ones not to use regular MP where Moly is called for.
Ultimately for me it came down to the fact that Moly doesn't build up on the bearing surfaces enough to cause interference as some people say it can, so using moly on MP applications isn't bad. On the other hand, some applications NEED moly to maintain lubrication even after the grease has "dried out" (e.g. a non-servicable joint like a sealed bearing). The history of Moly use is interesting as it seems to have been a big factor in the development of sealed bearings.
Anyway, stories abound online of shops that only use 1 or the other, so bottom line, don't worry about it. FWIW, I am using Moly all round. I only have 1 grease gun, and it ran out of MP grease, so I replaced it with Moly grease. If I have a problem because of the moly, then I'll eat my hat.
