I also live in Maryland area. One of my friends is going to buy one. I am helping her finding a 4runner under her budget. I don't mind spending 8 hours to WORK with dealer if it can earn acceptable values for her.

I rented a car in Raleigh and drove up to Laurel. The dealer even paid my cab ride from BWI (dropping off rental) and I drove my new '02 Runner home. I bought my '03 Runner in Raleigh, though.

Great price, treated with respect and overall I would do it again if needed.
