Purchased a new 4R on Labor Day weekend - picked up the following weekend.
2018 ORP w/ KDSS, running boards and Moonroof
Dealer was Irwin Toyota in Laconia, NH. Highly recommend them.
Process = started out by contacting 13 dealers in the Boston-area and NH, including 2 local to me that I've purchased Toyotas from before. The Irwin internet mgr. Mark Faro responded quickly and with a great price. None of the dealers closer to me could even come close. The dealer I purchased our last Toyota from literally said - "it will be hard for me to trade for that config and give you a price close to what they are offering given that there are very few of them in New England; if they have that model at that price, go and buy it from them".
Test drive experience was great - salesperson Michelle Whitney left us alone to pull the car out of the line-up (they had 19 4Rs in stock), compare vs. other colors, get in and out, try the back seats, etc., etc....and then test drive on our own. Purchase process was easy. We did trade in a vehicle and initial offer was pretty low - definitely helps to at least get a free appraisal from CarMax to set the floor.
Delivery was smooth and easy as well.
I definitely recommend Irwin - great people, great process, great price...and lots of positive reviews on dealer rater, etc.
