Had a terrific, no BS buying experience with the Internet Sales Manager at Bob Howard Toyota, Loy J. Marshall. I found the 4R I wanted with the online vehicle configurator, and though this one was at another dealership 20 miles from OKC, Loy quoted me a firm price well under invoice for it in his first email. No BS. I went to OKC and bought the car with no hassle or pressure from Loy or the Business Office. He truly went the extra mile to make the sale.
This contrasts starkly with my local Toyota dealerships, who did not even want to deal unless I came to the showroom.
