It's essentially the Sport Edition model for the 99 model before the name was changed.

The Highlander model came in only Black and Green. It featured a hood scoop, color keyed bumpers (front bumper still had plastic unpainted valances) and skinny black flares. It also came with the tallest springs ever available on a 3rd Generation 4Runner, but those springs are available on other 99 models as well.

A Highlander 4Runner is only year 1999. 2000-2002 were the sport edition models, which included fully painted bumpers, larger flares that were drilled into the bodywork, and were available in a multitude of colors. Other things, shorter springs, silver interior trim... random stuff.

I didn't forget it--- A lot of Highlander models were 2WD and did not come equipped with the locker. I'll bet there were plenty of 4WD models that came without one as well, but that I'm not too entirely sure.

I have not made contact with this so called seller yet. But I will not stop at this point! lol. I want a good sized list of things on this rig. Hopefully it's not completely torn apart by the time T4R.org gets to it. Oh and my wife was walking by the rig today and ACCIDENTALLY caught the corner of my Bug Shield....it broke! Havn't talked to her yet. I'll make it up in the a.m. though.
