I just installed a CBI front hybrid bumper on my 1999 Highlander and was presented with a dilemma... New Jersey requires, along with a lot of other states to have a front plate mounted and this bumper has ZERO good places to put it so while looking for a good solution, i came across the hawse fairlead mount from Rugged Ridge. Having owned a whole bunch of Jeeps in the past, I am familiar with their products and while not the best, they seem to be okay with a few stinkers thrown in the mix. Decided to take a gamble and test their mount out.... 30 bucks as opposed to hundreds-plus fix it ticket.
Verdict... its a great product, very well built and does its job well without a rattle, fits very snugly!
