Thats not a bad idea, but I wouldn't do it to my bike. IMO it would make my bike look like a rice rocket at night time. Nothing against rice rockets lol, but if I was going to hit something on my bike, I will not do it face first lol.

Using these headlights will NOT, I repeat, NOT get you noticed more. If they can't see your regular headlights, there is no chance that they will see you with these cheap plug and play kits. It's a big myth that brighter lights, strobe lights, etc. will get you noticed more. FACT--it will NOT. People are just blind.

This is a huge reason why I stopped riding on the streets. Trying to pick up a track-only bike right now. (prob. SV650).

I've ridden over 200,000 miles on the street on a variety of sport and sport touring bikes and I agree with p nut. People are ####ing blind!!! But if it helps you see at night, that's always helpful. I had a set of driving lights on the crash bars of a R1150GS I used to have, that was really handy when used in conjunction with the normal lights.

By the way, I had an SV650s track bike for about 6 years. That thing is a TON of fun, particularly on technical tracks.

Didn't mean to sound like I was putting down your kit, from the reviews it sounds like you have a great product. I've added lighting to several bikes and it's great, particularly when riding in the dark. My agreement with p nut was just about many drivers not seeing bikes regardless of how bright they are.

I completely understand. I actually hear that from our customers on a daily basis. While you may not feel that these lights will get you seen, I can assure you that once installed you will not be able to see with out them ;-)

That is exactly why I have loud pipes on my bike. When all the neighbors complain in the middle of the night it is worth it knowing people can hear me throughout the day. LOUD PIPES SAVE LIVES!!!
