Green light action

You would think that with the price of gas the way that it is, and the fact that for the same money you can get a z06 used (RonMAIDEN's good point), that they would concentrate on making their product better and more reliable that they never would have put out a p.o.s like that.

i mean common 12-14 mpg, who the ef needs that kind of suv.

Brilliance on the part of Jeep.

But to be honest, i would love to see Toyota make a 4runner S.E with a real beefy engine like that with the same capabilities as our 4runners now. Now that i would buy

nh00gts,

Keep us posted. That just cuts Jeep's reputation (whatever it is) in half. Honestly I always liked the lines of some Jeeps, but reliability kept me from buying one.

Man, I am dying of curiosity and I do not know if you are in sales in your dealership but...

I have 3 Questions: if you rather not answer that is cool too!! (I know I am being cynical).

What does your co-workers say about you owning a 4R?

When a new possible customer comes by to look at jeeps and they ask you what is the best 4x4 what do you answer?

Last, When I am shopping for a car I always ask the sales person what do they drive and why. So when customers ask... what type of car do you own... what do you say?

Again I know I am being a smartass... so if you want to skip my post... no prob!

Cheers

Fred.
To answer the 1st question alot of the employees here drive vehicles besides Chrysler products.

I don't sell them so it makes it easier, but if people ask i do say that I drive a 4Runner. I don't do it to knock our product they just don't offer anything I would like driving besides the Charger (rwd in NH is a bad idea) and a Hemi Grand Cherokee (don't have 40k to spend on one).

Come to find out the knock started happening due to non-tightened connecting rod cap nuts. So as the engine was revved up the caps loosened and slapped against the block.

12-14mpg is my assumption we don't have actual results seeing as this is the first one we have seen.
