Has anyone ordered anything from Greenlane Offroad recently? I ordered a ladder from them a couple of weeks ago, but just noticed that their social media platforms haven't had anything new posted in quite a while.

You can always email them. I just looked online and they have a note that says orders take 2-4 weeks, sorry for the delay. Never hurts to check on your order.

I ordered from them just before Memorial Day. I noticed the same about their social media presence then, but email communication was good overall . They are very difficult to reach via phone, too.

a couple of months ago i inquired with another canadian based company about getting a pair of rock sliders made but they were either unable or unwilling to ship to the US because of Covid

Yeah, just sent them an email. I didn't want to be that guy that checks on an order after 2 weeks when the current lead time is 2-4 weeks. I just wanted to make sure they were still in business.

I have a ladder from them sitting in my garage waiting for me to install it.
I too sent them and email checking on it. They responded quickly enough.

They packaged wrapped / the hell out the of the ladder. Looked like a mummy when it showed up at the house.

I've bought a few things from them. They have always been super responsive on email and overall great to deal with. Their products are very well designed and built too. Big fan.

I concur with everyone else ... Greenlane is super responsive to emails and their packaging/shipping is first rate. And FYI, last year they held a Black Friday sale. I don't remember what the discount was, but IIRC it basically paid for shipping.

They weren’t always like that. I ordered sliders when they first were released for the 4Runner and they came all beat to hell. I recall a lot of ppl complaining on here About the same. But since then my roof rack and full skid came packaged up for the apocalypse. Just wish he rear ladder would work with a shrockworks rear swing out bumper..

I've been running GLO gear for the past two years. Customer Service is great. They do bubble and foam wrap every part separately which is fantastic. I've been looking for a rotopax mount for fuel cans that fits their rear ladder and apparently it's coming out by end of year, which is sweet for those of us that venture off the beaten trail for days at a time. Can't wait.

The owner had a baby recently. His wife has been stepping in and helping out with communications. They are on the up and up. I have their ladder, and just ordered another one.

No issues with COVID shipping, I received shipments from them in the height of COVID.

I know this is an old thread but has anyone used the Greenlane cross bars with factory side rails? Curious if they make a lot of noise and if they’re good for mounting a roof cargo box like a Thule etc

it's going to sit way too low to be able to clamp that box on. I would just go with a set of thule crossbars (wingbar) and then a box. you could probably make it work with LFD cross bars - they sit up a bit higher and you can easily run a ratchet from the bottom and set up a bolt if you wanted to bolt the box down too

I've had both the wingbar evo's from thule and LFD cross bars. currently I have neither but am probably going to get a set of thule's again (more versatile for boxes/ bikes/kayak)

greenlane is a great company though, have ordered from them before - fast shipping too
