Greetings from Montana

Fairly new to T4R, but not 4runners. I've been driving a '91 SR5 for 11 years, and just purchased a 2000 SR5 Sport, auto, with e-locker. Back story is this, about 7 years ago I found this Toyota via Craigslist in Denver for my daughter and son in law. When they returned home after picking it up, I told them that if it ever went up for sale, I get the first shot at it. About a month ago they picked up a like-new 2011 Limited, and the rest is, as they say, history! New ride has 184,450 miles, very well maintained since they have owned it, and of course, a rust free undercarriage. Due to time constraints, I just had our local dealership adjust the valves. I've been replacing a few burned out dash and hvac lights, and yesterday did a transmission drain and fill, cleaned the TB and MAF. While it ran well before the TLC, it now runs like new! Still to go is drain and fill the gear boxes and replace the radiator/flush the cooling system. I've got some plans for her in the future, and am looking forward to suggestions and input from all the fine folks here at TR4!

Welcome Rick from a fellow Montanan! Your runner looks to be in great shape. I have a similar one, but not as nice of shape. I've put to much $ in my 87 4runner.:roll:

Thanks, MTBuck, my '91 was going to end up costing me some serious coin, plus, I always wanted a 3rd gen. ! I can only afford to take care of one at a time!
