Grille Wars

First off guys thanks, I've picked up plenty of great info on t4r as I prep to head back home. Most of everything is packed and first wanted to say thanks to everyone who purchased from me as well as thanks to those who submitted requests. My stuff has taken over my tiny apartment but thankfully the shippers arrive on Friday.

After all maintenance work is complete on my truck I'll get down to modding. My focus for my rebuild is as follows:

JDM appeal
Custom appeal
Offroad capability

Hopefully all complete by end of summer. As I get set to head back I just wanted share a few parting shots of some great JDM grilles (hats off to everyone sporting Satoshi and modded grilles.

Still working on my thread editing skills but the first one is the Sports Grille I picked up (more pics in my JDM album), it has since been painted black. The second is an Elford which I expect in this week (since I'm the future here) coming from Hokkaido. It's brand new and comes with the slits; haven't seen these things in a very long time. The third is a Zeal that I'm considering but the vendor is being a bit of a perp on the price. I'll take pics of the two once the Elford arrives. Again thanks everyone and Cheers!

I know you said you aren't selling any.... But I would love to get a new grill like any of those. I tried an online place that makes the our modded grills, but no luck. I emailed them, and never got a response. I didn't want to go through the trouble of doing it myself because I'd need a new grill just to do it (mine is cut up to fit lights in it).

All of those are great in their own way....

If anything the Sports is my pick; if I can't reach an agreement with the yard on the third on then I'll likely pass leaving the Elford. I will keep the slits though. As opposed to just having it lay around I might be open down the road to parting with it. Could always surrender my current oem one to you and just have you pay shipping on it. Then you've got a grille that you can Satoshi, etc. Cheers!

After looking at the pics again, that bottom one is my least fav (no great loss if they don't get back with you) LOL. Maybe it's the color throwing the lines of it off, I can't really tell... Maybe how it sits under the hood and around the lights...

The other two, Love them! Toss up with the Sport or the second one without the lines.
