GRINDing HELP Please

Every time I hit a bump I hear a grinding sound coming from my front passenger side. What is it?

Every time I hit a bump I hear a grinding sound coming from my front passenger side. What is it?

could be worn out bushings on the shock, my friends bushings were wore completly out on her yota and it made a very loud grinding noise, maybe.

Could be shock bushing, sway bar bushing, or sway bar link bushing. But those sometimes cause more of a clunk than a grind.
