Grinding noise after body lift

Hey y’all, I was looking for some insight. I put on a Roger Brown 3/4 body lift about 2 months ago and since then I’ve been trying to hunt down the source of this grind/rattle I’ve been getting at low speeds. I really only notice it when I’m creeping to a stop at less than 15 mph.

I can't immediately think of any specific thing that would cause a grind/rattle with a small BL. I put a 1" on my 4runner years ago.
Automatic or 5-speed? In my 5-speed, I removed the steel plate under the console and redrilled the bolt pattern so that the shifter wouldn't hit the plate after the BL. I don't remember if it was hitting 2-4-R or 1-3-5.
Does the RB 3/4 also include a steering rag joint spacer?
Stock size tires or ?

I did the exact same thing as above, drilled new holes to move it backward about 1/2 - 3/4 inch - to avoid the stick shift and (can't recall) possibly transfer case hitting it.

In addition, another thing to look at would be the bottom edge of the radiator shroud. Generally speaking, a 3/4 - 1 inch body lift shouldn't cause problems there, but in conjunction with some tired and sagged motor mounts it could.
