Grossinger has 2 sites.
Downtown:
I called for an oil change. The service guy was very short on the telphone. Told me it will be 1 1/2, hung up.
No sort of customer service. I felt, he didnt care if he got my business or not.

TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPEREINCE.
Very nice serice guy. Took my Runner in for an oil change. Nice facility/waiting area. Courtesy Car wash, even though it was cloudy outside, and looked like it was about to rain. Told me about a cust. service survey.
Even offered to tighten a loose bolt on the front end of my truck.
