I got all the feedback we were looking for and were able to secure the following prices from Warren at ToyotaTRDParts.com. I got my TRD wheels through them as well and they have been very good to deal with.
The prices are listed below and shipping is whatever it costs to get your items drop shipped from ARB USA to your house (there is no mark up on that). In my case $30,- for Kit 2.
