That's the exact same C/B that I had on the POS battery terminal and the Main Output B+ on the alternator. I've since removed that battery feed AUX LINE breaker from the system... the reason: "If I'm actually using my auxiliary electrical system and (for whatever reason) the breaker trips, that extra current will immediately take another route, via the Main RLY Fusebox to get to the D/S GND located under the hood @the left side of the battery on the fender. This will cause the 'Main 140A fuse' to break/open which is a Royal PITA to replace.

Long story short: I've removed the 140 amp aux line fuse to protect the factory fuses from a sudden surge,

Glad things are going so very well Okki! I'm thinking that if we all get on the same page, we can get Nations Starter and Alternator to agree to sell us (oh say...) 15 units of 270XP @ a 20% discount which would bring the price down to ($487.2 ea) because we're capable of buying so many more in increments of 10 or 20 at a time!

I've got a feeling that they can't afford to let this opportunity get away from them and have us go somewhere else; Nation's Starter and Alternator is only one distributor of this product; DC Power Engineering is the actual company that NSA works for. So if he (Adam) won't budge, we'll find out if another distributor will do business with us at a price that is fair! ...any thoughts?

Any ideas how to get a higher voltage out of the system to charge different battery chemistries that need it to get a full charge? I am very interested in getting a higher output alternator but only if I can figure out how to increase charging voltage. If it's been discussed before, sorry, I haven't done any research on the subject.
