Alright I answered my own question. 05-09 headers come with gaskets.

So it sounds like the 03-04 do not come with new gaskets... probably wise to replace them while I'm in there anyways.

I emailed DT a while ago asking about gaskets. I drive an ‘03. They told me the headers will come w/ gaskets, and the air injection section can just be trimmed off. Apparently the oem gaskets are good to reuse as well.

What are the single manifold ones you've seen? Links?
I'm no expert on turbo systems design but as far as I know I haven't seen a twin turbo V8 where both turbos are on the same side.
1UZ and 3UZ headers/manifolds should work too.

and yeah I was hoping there were some manifolds where you could have a turbo on each side.

OK, not sure there is enough room on the driver's side especially with the steering shaft and battery in the way, but it would be cool.

I'll preface by saying it's an AZ 4runner, but removing the manifolds wasn't bad at all 3 hrs total.

I've got my headers shipping to my office address, so I'm not going to get any tracking numbers automatically sent from UPS/FedEx like I do for deliveries to my home address. Just want to make sure I can give our receiving office a heads up that precious cargo is on its way
Is it still looking like we'll see shipments departing this week?

I have to say again you guys are some of the coolest I've ever dealt with. I know this has taken longer than we thought and you've all be very cool throughout it all.
Orders didn't get to go out this week, but I've been going over everything, and we've double checked all orders, etc and everything is just about ready. 30+ orders of these headers to forum members on here!
Now... He's the decision I have to make... These should all be able to ship around Monday/Tuesday of next week, that's the 23-24th... The only issue is, this time of year, shipping over that holiday/christmas period stuff gets lost/damaged no matter what it is, just do the Christmas rush, doesn't matter if it's UPS/FEDEX, etc... Anyway, if I don't have them ship the 23-24th, they won't ship until the following Monday.... I just don't want these things getting banged around or lost, ups and fedex are just tough on packages sent over Christmas.

[MENTION=9]Jason B[/MENTION] that's not a bad idea. I would rather not deal w shipping damage, it would take forever to resolve with all the other claims/returns this time of year. This works better for me because I'm driving to AZ for the holidays and won't get back until the 2nd or 3rd.
