Group BUY on Outdoorlogic 3rd Gen Front Bumper

Really stoked on how my bumper came out. Mines the prerunner in the first 2 pics Jimmy posted above. I had him widen the bar to match the profile of the grill and am very happy with the results.

In case any of you guys that got the bumper want to fix the hyper flashing from the LED turn signals. I just replaced my flasher unit and it was easy as can be.

I heard mixed reviews on using the restrictors as they didnt always solve the problem and got hot. You can get one of these flashers and just plug it in and it takes it back to normal. Plus now if one of your other non LED bulbs burn out you'll know.

Here are two links. I got mine at Autozone in So-cal and apparently from what I read it has to be the - TRIDON EP35 flasher - that says LED on it. Autozone has another aftermarket one by blazer more readily available, but I'm not sure if that one works and it didnt say LED so I would look specifically for the TRIDON EP35.

Also the flasher relay is located underneath the dash BEHIND the fuse box. You have to take off the bottom part of the dash, 4 10mm bolts and 2 more to unscrew the fuse box to get to the back.

...so thank you for the post. I could probably get used to it, but I'm going to try your solution.

Got the PIAA 510 Xtreme White SMR hooked up in the bumper. Required a bit of modification of the bumper's mounts for the lights. I got 'er done, though.

What's the easiest way to post a picture, anyway? Do I always have to post from my photobucket account by using a web address? there's got to be an easier way. Uploading and resizing every time is a bit#*@!!

Photobucket is really easy. Upload the picture on Photobucket then post the IMG code on here.

Thats what I tried to tell myself, but I am OCD about crap like that. Not to mention if you were to switch to other LED bulbs it will help any future issues. Plus as I said if you were to have a tail light burn out now you will know...

For $10 bucks it was the easiest mod I have done to my rig and I was able to do it myself... So that means it was super easy. Although the more I do, the more confident I am to do other tasks on the rig. Good luck. $10 bucks well spent IMO

Well here she is in silver powdercoat. Closest we could find to the Millinium Silver Toyota Trim on the Limiteds. I love it and have already received multiple compliments

So keep your eyes out for a LOW cost 3rd gen prefer Auto. 2 Wheel drive is okay since it will be getting a SAS and ORIs
Steel was just dropped off today so we can start working on the design for our rear bumper!

Looks great Masson! I don't care what color you paint them, in my opinion these are the best looking bumpers out there (with full hoops). If I ever decide to drop a grand on a bumper this is it!

OK I will be at Tierra Del Sol in Truckhaven (close to Ocotillo Wells and Salton Sea)this weekend. Then the plan is to drop my truck off to Jimmy on Tuesday the 8th. I will be out of town and can leave my truck with Jimmy a few days. This will give him time to take some measurements and start a Mock Up. I will start a new thread once there are pictures and progress worthy of the build.
