Well other than locally, where else will you get sliders without paying freight shipping?

You are welcome to email your own UPS pre-paid shipping label if you would like. We make $0 on shipping. Assuming you want raw sliders to save on powder coating costs as well, they ship RAW as:
Two un-boxed items:
76lbs each and 73x19x7
You need two labels for this.
To do your own shipping just call us to place your order and we will make your set "Will call". We will then email you to send over your own pre-paid shipping labels.
NOTE: The old school "bill it to my UPS account number" is all but dead, huge PITA to use another persons UPS number these days due to fraud. SO just use your own UPS account and make a "Return label" for the it, then email us the labels. We put your labels on for you as a will call from our shop, UPS grabs them. Done.
We offer OPOR in both Raw and Powder coated. If you looked at the Metal-tech 4x4 brand sliders, those are only available in powder coat.

No feelings hurt at all. Shipping is shipping, we do the best to get the best insured prices for our customers.
As I put in the post above, please by all means send us your pre-paid shipping label. If one can get a lower rate, no reason to not still order a set.
As for Shrokworks, I am sure they build a fine product and will appreciate your business. :cheers:

Hopefully next time you'll just start with 20% right off the bat as the group buy didn't really take off until then. Just a suggestion. Btw I was the first order.

That would just be a sale then!
Wish we could do 20% off sales on a reg. biases but its not sustainable. Yes GB's always pick up speed when they hit the big goal discounts. Just like the last day will have a bump in orders as folks don't want to miss out. The reward for those who got in early, you are in the first round of production so you get your sliders quicker than those who waited. (We anticipated the GB #s to a point, the rest just have to get built) Its part of the GB that the sliders will not ship until the GB ends on the 14th. Raw ones will go first, then powder coated ones will be 2 weeks or so behind. Those who ordered early will be in the first round of production, those who ordered later will in the second round. Second round of production has already started (laser cutting, raw materials inbound etc.). This is also why we stated in the OP:
we do stress if we hit high numbers it can take 4-6 weeks to deliver. Those who chose powder coated versions, these can add two weeks for powder coating and additional packaging. (We ship all powder coated sliders individually in custom made double wall boxes)
They ship out according to when they were ordered. Jeannie will email copies of your invoices with your tracking info listed on them as they ship. The first ones will be this next week. :cheers:
While I too can't wait to get mine, thank you for taking your time and doing the job right. I would rather wait a few weeks than have a rushed product of lesser quality.
