I didn't get a pic of the nerf bars yet. You can ask Mike and maybe he can describe them but I think nerf bars are nerf bars. He might be able to e-mail you a pic. If he does can you please post it for others as I have not gotten the pic yet from Dean.

Mike said they had about 20 sets but he couldn't believe the price that Dean gave us as he said they sell for far more when they put them on EBay. I am sure they will last though if you get paid within the next couple of weeks. Did you ask them to hold you one?

Another thanks to you guys for getting this group buy done. I received my bar today and looks pretty good. Mine has a small dent on backside of top tube, but not a big deal. One of the holes in bottom bracket is about 1mm off, so I will have to open it up some. Looks like the mounting will take a little work like other have had with the T&H. Understandable as they are same bars.

Perfect! Thanks Scott. Just got off the phone with Dean. Don't know my total, but it'll be a lovely deal. They also sell a copy of the Westin UBB for 05+ Tacomas for $175. Might get one of those for my Taco.

Anyone actually get their bar installed yet? It seems that the brackets don't line up at all. I don't think I am installing incorrectly. I will try to fiddle with it tomorrow.

I did have to make the holes in the lower brackets a little bigger but this was no big deal as they were only off less than 1/16". But my upper brackets seem way off. I may have them installed improperly. They definately have some give to move them around. I am going to fiddle with it tonight again and see if I can get it all set. This could be user error.
OK people....got my bar and already got it installed...looks great. The installation is not dificult at all but it is kinda tricky. I started at first by tightening everything from the ground up and then my brackets would not be lined up with my bar. So...I loosened all of the parts, bolts, nuts, brackets, everything so that it could all shift around. At this point I could line up all of the bolts with their holes and tightened just a bit to make sure the bar would not become loose. Then I started tightening all of the bolts, from the bottom to the top...and after tightening it was perfect...lined up and everything. I guess you have to play around with it a little before deciding to tighten any of the bolts...get all the parts in place and then tighten them one by one. Mine looks great...I'll try to post some pics later.

I had it on last night just to see what it looked like and its great on my black Runner. I did have to widen one of the holes on the bottom brackets slightly on my 05. Unsure if this is true for all models. But the top brackets went on like a glove...after I figured that I had to move the rubber covering to find the holes. LOL
