**Group Buy: TRS HID projector retrofit**

Got off the phone with Retrofit Source ordering some mini projectors for a different project. Those guys have great customer service and are super knowledgable about HID's. Got a smoking deal on their previous generation mini projectors. I mentioned our group buy going on and asked about how long the turn around is. They told me it's about a week. I am still on the fence about having them do the install. I know it would be a lot better quality than I could do and I know it would be done right, but I don't know if I can go a week without my 4Runner.

My set should be arriving sometime early next week. I will get some pics up so you can all see the quality if TRS' work. I sent in TE headlights and got the 5k kit installed. I will update the thread as soon as I receive them.
I will have my stock headlights converted and offer them as a core setup for a small fee. My stock headlights have less then 2k miles on them.

Please post your usual high quality pics - close up of the headlights with them on during the day and at night showing the cutoff and another close up pic of the headlight with them off. Lastly if you can also shoot a short video at night showing the cutoff, that would be awesome!
I have to admit though that taking a close up shot of the headlights can't really tell my untrained eye if the quality of his workmanship is good or not. I'm hoping you can tell.
Question for you regarding this whole thing. Can you find out from Andrew what the additional cost would be to add CCFL halo in the headlights?

^this. We have 6 people who are in the GB but only 2 have paid. I'm hoping to finish this up by early next week so the kits can start shipping out. We are so close to making this GB happen.

You don't - you buy a spare set, have the spares retrofitted, and swap them in when they come back. You then sell your originals on this forum/ebay/etc.
It's really the only way, you can't drive your truck around with front end off, nor do you want to swap it on/off twice.
