Am thinking of buying a salvage 4runner and eventually shipping it down to the islands. A couple of reasons behind it but mostly so I can regear my runner to continue to make it what I want. Its a 2000 base model 3ZR with a w59 transmission . The vin plate reads RZN185L GKMSKA The axle code is A/TM A05A/W59. I am 95% sure this is 4.56 gearing as the only other option for this code is 4.10 and I have never heard of A05A not being 4.56. I am 3 thousand miles away so a spin test is out of the question. Any one want to talk me off the edge?
