GX470 with 3rd row and sunroof?

I saw this the other day in the parking lot... a 2004 Lexus GX470 with 3rd row and a sunroof... Toyota won't let you have that option in '03 or '04 models. Vehicle height looks to be about the same as the 4Runner... Any idea how they did this?

Nice interior on those 470's though... Not sure if it was worth the extra 12 large to get that baby soft leather and wood...

The Lexus body shell is actually a few inches taller than the Toyota. Lexus did this to allow the combo of the 3rd row and the sunroof as well to create a more spacious feeling cabin which they said helps to contribute to a more luxurious atmosphere in keeping with their brand image.
