JBL Synthesis 6 disc
Recently, it quit playing. After ejecting all the discs, I reinserted a disc, to no avail. However, it never gave any error codes. It simply would continue to try and load/play the disc. I took out the H/U and opened it up. Here's what I saw.

I noticed that there are three little "arms" that appear to engage when a disc in on the spindle and hold it in place. However, one of the arms will not disengage (Circled in yellow). Now the player will load the disc and try to play it. However, since the arm is in the way, the disc will not settle on the spindle and the player is giving me error 1. Any thoughts? Suggestions? Can this be fixed, or do I need to begin a search for a new H/U?
