The insurance adjuster just called me with the final numbers. Final payout after $50 deductible of $3040. They consider this $100 shy of totaling the vehicle, so no salvage title. I would consider this the best possible outcome, so I am very happy today!
man that's awesome, you never want a salvaged car. The cost to insure it is more (for what reason I'm not sure) and the value paid out is squat....the adjuster did it right!
