Information is the key in every argument.
1. The HID headlights are spec'd to 25W to avoid some kind of EU restriction, as its origin is Germany...
2. The bi-LED system also appears to be dual projector either giving the ability to run 2 times as many components or single dedicated larger components.
This is about as even a comparison as can be made on the surface but there are many uncontrollable factors dictated by Porsche.
