As for Corolla, if you haven't already been, it's not bad once you got out on the beach. The problem is the ruts in the sand as you leave the paved road.

just did a search for Virginia and this popped up. im new to the 4runner but i love mine with out a doubt. been down to nags head this summer was a blast. but looking for some fellow runners to get together with. and looking for some spots to use the 4x4. let me know if any one reads this. maybe we can revive this thread. here a pic of nags head

Hey Seabee, I'm here.
Just recently joined. Got a 01 about to turn 100K. Saw the recent trip to GWNF and it looked awesome! Can't wait to join you guys sometime after I get my lift and tires on. Getting off work right now to head home and start my SS 1.2 install. Figure it'd take me a day or two since I'm working back 12s and can't give up more than a few hours at a time. If anyone is local and wants to check it out then PM me, I'm in Ocean View.
