Hands-free phone issue

Every now and then, for no apparent reason, my properly-paired cell phone will not broadcast over the speakers when answering a call. It displays on the Entune screen but I have to put the phone up to my ear to hear/speak and I can't find a way to switch back to the hands-free mode unless I completely shut the engine off and restart it which is pretty inconvenient obviously. Then it works normally. It could be a phone anomaly but I wish there were a way to switch back to hands-free through Entune once it happens.

I would try disconnecting the entune app from your phone and then reconnecting. That should do the same thing as turning the car off and on.

As for the cause, is there anything other bluetooth device that the car could be trying to connect to? Like, another cell phone that has also been paired with your truck?

That's a good idea.

It's very random. My phone is an LG (Android OS) and the only other thing I run is my ipod out of the USB.
