St. Patricks Day was canceled in many places, but not at our house.
Real corned beef from Ireland simmered for 4+ hours
Cabbage, carrots, onions and potatoes boiled in the broth afterwards

Thanks. I made the bread too. It's oat bread. One loaf wasn't cooperating that day.
IMHO very few things are better than a good sandwich.

I have not been there however I do go to Bergenfield so next time Im up that way and hungry Ill look them up.
