Hard starting issue

The first start of the day and the truck must be cranked many times(maybe 6-9 times) to get it started. Once running, it runs fine, no misses, or other problems. If I drive the truck and let it sit for a couple of hours, it starts right up and runs fine. It has done this before, but that was after sitting for a few weeks in the cold weather, now it happens every time I want to drive it.
What do you think? Tune-up maybe? Any other ideas?

Battery have enough cranking amps? are you getting enough fuel in there? fuel filter could be clogged... try shooting some starting fluid in there to see if it starts right up first time. After doing that also try hookin another car up to battery to see if it starts right up on first try.. just a couple ideas..
