The relay / fuse box made everything super easy. You can wire up to 5 accessories. Each relay has two wires - one for power to the accessory and one for the switch. Email Erik - his address is [email protected]

You have to be persistent, however. I don't know how many he does these days, but I emailed him several times before he came around.

You are correct, the switches are from Air On Board. I wish I had ordered a few more, because they seem to be having supply problems.

I have the same fuse block and got it from KODIAK INDUSTRIES INC.. It isn't on their site but you can call and order. Very fast/good service. It was all set up to also allow me to run everything hot all the time through the block (something I wanted) but I think you can have it set up either way. Nice build and back story [MENTION=101352]harkco[/MENTION]!

I grounded everything at the rear of the rack, and then ran power for the front light bar down the weather stripping on the driver's side front windshield and then power for the rear lights down the other side.

Great solution for running two sets of lights instead of running the ground down into the engine bay too like I did. I may have to reconfigure some when I add my rear facing LED spots.

You weren't kidding when you said there was only room for one 14 gauge wire inside the windshield weather stripping.

Saw this on my run a few weeks back. Not a 4runner, but very nice none the less. If I didn't have a 4runner, I would definitely have a LC. I showed this to my wife and her response was - "It's too bad we don't have a bigger garage - that would be a fun weekend car." I seriously considered finding a house with a bigger garage.

So I finally made it by the dealer today. I realized about a month after taking my truck in for its 5,000 mile service that someone forgot to replace the oil cap...



I expected nothing but excuses, but they were actually extremely apologetic and replaced the oil and updated my cap at no charge....



It was a nice gesture, but definitely a lesson learned. I will be checking things out much more closely before leaving the next time I go in for service.

Didn't that same thing happen to someone else recently? You'd think the dealer techs could at least remember to replace the cap. I wonder where they are putting them that they forget?

Awesome build man! What part of Katy are you in? There are a few guys out here that wheel, more tacomas and fj than 4runners but that pretty normal

Thanks! I'm in the Cinco area - South Fry. I see quite a few FJs running around. A butt load of Jeeps. Not many modded 4Runners though. I used to see J Blick every now and again, but I think he has left Texas at this point.

Nice! I went to Cinco Ranch High. Please don't end up like all the jeep guys that have their trucks built by Extreme and they never leave the road! Get that thing out man! I live out in Idaho now but my parents live off Barker Cypress by the police station.

Quick question... Any particular reason why you went with this reverse light rather than this one:

Reason I ask is I am deciding between the 2... I like the blue on yours but not sure if I should have one off colored light

Check back on page one of my thread. I went with the Rear light switch you have pictured, but in blue. They don't seem to have them anymore, however. You could buy them in green though and switch out the bulb to a blue one. I seem to remember seeing someone do that on this board - they switched a green switch to amber to match their dash.
