I picked up my MGM TEP on Wednesday before thanksgiving and it got rear ended on the Friday after [emoji53]
The other driver's insurance is taking care of the damage but I'm bummed about riding around in a Chevy Equinox while my baby gets fixed.

I was wondering, what lock did you use and have you had any leaks? I just got my box from ATB today...very excited to install a lock and mount it up top.

Have yet to have any leaks, still seals great. I just drilled 4 holes in the bottom and bolted it to the gobi rack. Lining it up with mesh on the rack was the only challenging part.

Are no wheel spacers needed for the extended travel Icons and UCA's with the TE wheels? There were a couple of UCA's I was looking into that mention that they require no more than 4.5 inches of backspacing, and I believe the TE wheels have 4.84. If you have no spacers, what has been your experience thus far?

No spacers were needed in my case. The billet UCAs are close, but they don't rub. I actually bought spacers, but never had to use them. No issues at all.
Do you remember what size? (7/8 or 1-1/8)? Good to hear no leaks.
As for lining it up...not looking forward to that part LOL.

I finished up my installation of the OEM Audio + audio system for the 4Runner this weekend. All in all I did it over about 8 hours, spread out over two Saturdays. It can definitely be done much faster, but the kiddos and wife tend to slow things down a bit. I also put down some sound proofing on the outer skins of the door, lift gate, and cargo area. I plan to do the floor panels of the front and back passenger areas at some point, but time did not permit. I debated on doing the entire vehicle, but lost motivation quickly when I read the time involved in doing so by other users on this forum.
Anyhow, as others have stated, a definite improvement in overall sound quality. I can't wait to see how things will sound once the 6X9s ship. I took some pictures along the way, but nothing that you will not find in the install video, which is great by the way.

Finally, after years of procrastination, decided on a bumper. Ordered the new CBI 2014+ Aluminum center hoop bumper this morning. On paper it checks almost all of my boxes, but we shall see in 8 weeks...

Finally had a chance to have my Ridge Grapplers and new SCS Matte Gray Ray10s mounted. Harvey delayed everything a couple weeks, but things are slowly returning to normal. So far I am loving the Nittos - my Duratracs had become so noisy that I could barely hear my wife or kiddos while driving (which isn't always a bad thing, I suppose). Anyhow, I will be posting my old trail wheels and a brand new Duratrac spare for free to a good home in the classified section if anyone has any interest.

The head unit is still stock. For me the OEM package was worth the price tag. Definite improvement over stock. I am sure you piece together something for cheaper, but I don't have the patience or expertise for that.
