Why would the venture drive differently? It's an appearance package.

You will sit differently as your wallet will be thinner after the price difference.

You'll note that I said "may drive a bit differently" as there are reports that it uses a slightly different suspension. If that is correct, then it may drive a bit differently. If those reports are wrong, then it'll drive the same but may have a bit more wind noise.
I've read the early press releases, i thought it was wheels, rack and color accents. I'd be more curious if there is a suspension change.
Yeah sounds like possibly the fox which is what the pro has, so its either completely an appearance package or it's a pro "light " but with more wind noise for sure. For the amount the upgrade is I'd be surprised if it had the fox. That price puts it in line with the xp predator package which is appearance only.

I have honestly tried to set 3 appointments at 3 dealers who had one..and they just won't give me one...so I guess it should be the same as earlier years, but still.

I had only driven a 2019 once before the 20 but it was more or less the same. Maybe a touch less nose dive? Maybe I've just learned not to smash the brakes as much.
The infotainment screen is a lot better than the one I saw in 2019. I thought I was having problems with my Carplay but it was just the cable; with a new one it has been perfect. I don't use it without Carplay unless I'm driving a short distance, like to work, but it seems to have a weird system for satellite radio where it only switches between presets with the steering wheel arrows and not channels.
TSS works pretty much how I need it to. It has radar cruise which seems to be less jarring than my sister's Corolla in that it doesn't slam the brakes if someone moves into my lane. I do notice a tick sound every time my cruise changes speed or detects a car, as if there's some mechanical component to it. Radar cruise does seem to turn off below 30, so its not good for stop and go stuff. It has used the pre-collision braking once when someone in front of me slammed their brakes- my gauge cluster screen lights up in red and says "BRAKE" and it brakes by itself (I was coasting at the time, not accelerating so it wasn't much). The lane departure has a loud beep but doesn't wrestle with the steering wheel like in the car version. What line I drive over is indicated on the gauge cluster screen.
No auto lights or dual climate on the ORP. The dashboard light sensor is a 4 pin and not the 3x2 pin in the 19's and older. The TSS module sticks out just enough for the '19 pro style grille to not fit without modification. Salesmen seem determined to say ORP's have moonroof's standard, but they're just super common.

My toyota dealer is telling me they won't have any 4runners on the lot for at least another month. I guess I'll have to go outside, stare at the sky and meditate or at least try like favorite KungFu panda.

can you please tell me if you see an AUX input anywhere in the new 2020? This the green color stereo jack input that used to be along side the USB input in the 2019 and older years. Perhaps the 2020 has it in the glove compartment or the middle console or somewhere hidden.
