Has anyone put a 1-DIN replacement stereo in the 2-DIN place?

I've got a Kenwood with Sirius module that I pulled from my old car, and I would like to install it in my 06, but I don't want to make the dash look like hell, and I want to keep the steering wheel controls. Has anyone done this? What would I need to make this work?

i am actually selling this kit for a single din radio,
let me know if your interested, i have a kit for Non-JBL radios and JBL radios
and this is my old setup
it didnt look too bad
and for the steering wheel controls you will need an adaptor made by PAC
