Yes and no, I have a cargo liner which is similar. The one I have actually comes up and over the rear seats so there is no need for hangers in the front. The bottom is all one piece covering the whole cargo floor and seat back, then there are two sides which velcro in, nothing for the rear hatch. I love mine, it is permanent and has been in my truck for 3 years now, still looks good and easy to clean, just vacum then use soap and water. I put my dog back there as well as hiking gear, snowshoes and crampons and such in the winter and it has held up real well. They are made of fairly thick vinyl with a nylon backing and are water proof. As I'm sure you can see I would recomend this brand, they have them for the 03-05 Runner for 199, just type cargoliner on a search engine and you should find their page.
