Yeah, I figured as much. I know it seems like I'm really a whiner - I just hate having a pocket full of crap all the time. With keys for house, work, and cars this big box is just over the top.
I guess it's a sign that I'm old and miss the good old days...

I also have prius which has a slot to insert smart key which is nice. I'm thinking post a small hook.

You've been getting enough heat from us all, including myself with no helpful advice. A "deck of cards" is definitely an exaggeration, but I too hate having a ton of keys in my pocket. This is what I do to minimize my pocket load.
I purchased the Toyota keychain from my local carwash which has multiple disconnects. When I drive I remove the smart key from the keychain and stick that in my pocket, the rest of my keys are stashed in my glove or center console until needed. Voila!
First pic keys are connected, second pic smart key is separated. Sorry for the poor pic quality but you get the point.

I wonder if the credit card sized lexus smart card key could be programmed to a 4runner. My dad has a LS460 and has the smart card key. Oddly enough the regular key fobs for the LS460 have the same FCC ID that my 4runner key has which makes me wonder if the card would be compatible.

I'll assume the ribbing is at least mostly good natured and won't be thin skinned about it.
You got me, a deck of cards isn't accurate. I had intended the exaggeration to be a little humorous. If you have to explain the joke it didn't hit it's mark. It's more the size of a box of small wooden matches. Roughly 2.25 x 1.25 x 3/8 inches. Heavier than I'd like, but not heavy enough to have that expensive feel.
On the positive side - the smart key is smaller than the combination of the key and the key fob from my wifes old 4runner. But I just elected not to carry the fob, and not using the keyless entry wasn't a big deal. Now I don't have that option. If I don't have this whole thing with me I can't drive or enter the truck period.
The smart key, plus the key fob from my Tacoma and the keys I have to carry is too big for me. If indeed there is a Lexus solution that would solve this I'd consider it.
If I was 24 and needed only my smart key, key to my bachelor pad, and to the key to my storage facility where I kept my motorcycles and jet skis I would love this thing. Of course when I was 24 I couldn't imagine ever buying a car with less than 50K miles on it - much less motorcycles and jet skis. Oh well...

Assuming I purchased myself a shinney new Limited and had it for a few years..... What happens on the day that I'm in the middle of no where in the upper peninsula of Michigan (imagine its -15 degrees and my camp is 30miles from any paved road, no cell phone coverage) and my, "Smart Key" battery dies... Am I screwed or what?

Crazy I know more about your keys than you do, I don't even have a smart key, I drive an SR5
