Having issues with the head unit

So i am having an issue with the head unit. The volume is pretty much inaudible at low and can hear it at 60. The back up camera is just a black screen. Intermittently i can hear a popping noise from the speakers.
I have unplugged everything form the back of the head unit with no luck. I have disconnected the back up camera at the tailgate to no luck.
I am pretty sure the head unit is going hooves up but wanted to see if any one else has had this issue. Or had a fix that doesn't involve a t9 or the 2800 oem replacement.

How is the volume with other sources selected (radio, xm, etc.)?

What is the setting for the equalizer (treble, mid, bass) and position (fwd, aft, left, right)?

Have you done any other electrical work (extra lights, cb, dash cam...anything) on the rig?

does the same for radio,cd and xm.
I have moved them and it doesn't change anything.
I have a dash cam but its used through the cigarette lighter, i do have ditch lights but those are a separate wiring and those all got disconnected to rule out voltage drop or a short in them.
