HCF removed

So I got my Runner smogged yesterday and then when I got home I decided to remove the HCF. Took me a whoppin 60 seconds to get it out. Now lets see what the hype is about and if anything changes.

How about you? what have you noticed after the removal of the HCF?

Took mine out a couple months ago, really haven't noticed anything different. I do mostly freeway driving too.
 
I took mine out a few months ago and noticed a change in throttle response and increase in MPG possibly
 
My computer says I am getting ~1 MPG more. However, that means nothing till I calculate it myself. I'll know in a few days.

well i am lucky enough to have taken it out careful so it will snap right back in if need be. we'll see what happens today when i take her out for a spin.

Haha LUCKKKKKYYYY. I tried taking it out carefully. It snapped on me. Obviously patience is something I need to learn a bit better. Good luck and let us know what you think.
