head light adjustment retainers

The small black clover leaf sorta shaped retainer broke from one of the light bucket adjusters. The one that broke is on the passenger side, the good one is on the drivers side. I tried to grab one from the junk yard but they were brittle and broke. I am thinking I should replace all of them(not sure if there are 2 or 4 yet).
I can't find the part. Do you guys know if it is part of the bucket? Or what my options are?

Yes, it seems to be a part along with the bucket. I wish we could order the retainer separately from Toyota.

Find the cheapest new aftermarket headlights off eBay etc. and take the hardware off them...had to change some stripped/rusted out parts on one of my factory headlights.

Check out this site, they have tons of exploded views and for a dealer their prices aren't bad at all if you end up ordering from them.
