Head light bulb

Ok so today i decided im going to head off to Autozone or Maybe Pep Boys to pick up a new set of bulbs for the 4runner. Stock are not cuttin it for me anymore.

Now my Question to you guys is.


1. What Type are Very Bright White not the blue shit?

2. What is the Model Number for the bulbs that fit the stock?

3. How high wattage can you go without hurting something?

4. My guess is i have to take out the intake and the battery to change these right?


5. Is there anything else i missed or should know?

That should cover which bulbs to buy.

you use H4 or 9003 bulbs. you do not have to take out the intake or battery to install new bulbs. silverstar ultras are probably your best bet but they still have some yellowish tint to them

Im stuck though how do you take the stock ones out? Im trying and i cant seem to get the some of a *****.
