Head light problem.

Hi I am fairly new to owning my 2001 T4R. recently both my headlights became really dim for some reason. Swap on new bulbs and still same, the headlights are on but just really dim. Not sure what causes this problem, any ideas? Thanks

Is this when the engine is running or not?
Do you have blue lights and testing these on wet roads?

Sounds like your headlights are staying in Daytime Running light mode. Do you have DRL.
