Head Unit Recommendation

I just bought my new sub the other day. Now I'm having trouble deciding on the right head unit. I just wanted to see if any of you guys have any recommendations. My only criteria is it must have HD radio and aux input or usb. I'm looking to spend around 150 to 200. One more question. When getting a new system in a 3rd generation 4runner is upgrading your speakers a must, or will the stock ones suffice?

Common knowledge still applies here. When getting aftermarket amp and HU, always wise to get other speakers especially when you ride is more than 8 years old. I'm assuming that you have AT MOST a 2002 runner?? Good Luck!
